1. Return Eligibility

U.S. & Canada

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the shipping confirmation date.

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, packaging, and garment covers intact.

  • The RODN reserves the right to reject any return that falls outside this timeframe or does not meet our return standards.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 10–14 business days of receiving and approving the return. To review our full refund terms, please visit our Refund Policy.

International

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

2. Return Instructions

To initiate a return, follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to your account, select the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the prompts to submit your request.

  2. Once your return is approved, a prepaid UPS return label will be emailed to you.

  3. Include the original packing slip with your order number inside the return package.

  4. Drop off the return at your nearest UPS location using the provided return label.

NOTE: A 10% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit — no exceptions for sizing or fit.

  • Items purchased at a 15% discount or more are considered final sale.

  • Accessories (jewelry, belts, sunglasses, hats) are final sale.

  • Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox with all packaging. Please try shoes only on carpeted surfaces. Shoeboxes must be placed inside protective shipping packaging.


4. Additional Notes

  • All returns are subject to review. Items that do not meet return standards may be returned to the customer or refunded with applicable deductions for cleaning, repair, or packaging replacement.

  • All items are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. The item must remain unworn and in original condition.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
