Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders within continental U.S.

Estimated delivery time is 2 business days after dispatch.
- Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen weather conditions.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, and once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or redirect the shipment.

All orders are shipped from our central fulfillment center.
- Our shipping partner, UPS offers the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is en route. Simply enter your mobile number at checkout to receive SMS notifications and manage your delivery preferences.
International Shipping:

We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

Shipping rates range from $20 to $45, depending on the destination.
- Please note: delivery times vary by region and are subject to local customs processing.
International Duties and Taxes:

We offer Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping on all international orders. This means all taxes and duties are covered in your order total, so you'll never be charged additional fees upon delivery—regardless of destination.
We believe in a seamless, transparent experience—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Please note:

If a shipment is refused by the recipient, it will be considered abandoned and not eligible for a refund.

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Signature Release:
- For security, all international orders from therodn.com require a signature upon delivery.
- If you choose to waive this, The RODN is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage once the package is marked as delivered.
- Please note: We are not liable for packages signed for at shared or commercial locations.
Failed Deliveries:
- If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will issue a refund once it is received — minus the original shipping cost and 13% restocking fee.
- We do not automatically re-ship returned packages. If you would like to receive the item again, a new order must be placed.
- Orders that are refused at delivery or abandoned are not eligible for a refund.
